Restaurant Runner for Center Parcs

Center Parcs operates a daily food delivery service that brings restaurant-quality meals directly to guests' lodges. Used by thousands of guests every week, it was already a well-loved part of the holiday experience — but it had no brand of its own. No name, no identity, no way for guests to recall or recommend it. The brief was to fix that: create a brand that would make this service feel deliberate, premium, and unmistakably Center Parcs.

We explored naming directions before landing on Restaurant Runner. It is the kind of name that requires no explanation — guests understand exactly what it is and what it promises before they have seen a logo. It communicates speed and quality in the same breath, and scales effortlessly across every touchpoint from app notifications to delivery vehicles.

The visual identity was built to live within the Center Parcs brand family without losing its own character. A clean, modern mark with a flexible system that applies across packaging, fleet livery, staff clothing, and digital interfaces — with enough distinctiveness for Restaurant Runner to develop recognition in its own right, while keeping its connection to Center Parcs' standards unmistakable.

Our Approach

The design process was genuinely collaborative. We took the Center Parcs team's instincts and preferences seriously, building on them rather than displacing them. That approach is reflected in the outcome: a brand that feels like it grew from within the organisation, because it did.

At launch, the identity applied seamlessly across the full range of branded assets — cool bags, packaging, a fleet of delivery vehicles, staff uniforms, and digital channels. Accessible and confident in equal measure. Which is exactly what a service operating inside one of the UK's most trusted hospitality brands needs to be.

Testimonial

“Our internal food delivery service provides daily meals directly to our guest's cabins, and we were looking for a name and branding that would reflect the high quality of our services. Saint Associates was able to deliver exactly what we were looking for—a name and brand that reflects our commitment to providing high quality, as well as our focus on providing an excellent experience for our guests.

Saint Associates was very prompt throughout and delivered exactly what we were looking for. They were able to take our suggestions and build upon them, which allowed them to create a brand identity that is effective at communicating our mission while also being fun and accessible. The resulting launch has been a great success.”
